I especially liked being greeted by (oh, I forgot her name Sarah?....) She remembered me from before and is extremely kind and helpful - exceptionally so!!!!!!
The whole atmosphere is very welcoming to a woman who can be intimidated by a repair shop.
The work was done promptly and having a coupon helped, whereas I would have shopped around elsewhere for a better deal.
Have been away at other garages for a number of years as dealers are known to charge more - yet I am very pleased.
