After 4 months of unanswered calls the manager finally did call and made good on quite a few things. Perhaps I was one of the "can't make everyone happy" cases. The salespeople are not paid on commission so they are not as driven to provide the best in customer service.

I am a grumpy person by nature and not the easiest to please. I found the purchase of my new Nissan a painless experience. The sales personnal and sales manager found the car I wanted and had it delivered within two days from out of state. The purchase went smoothly as did the orientation of the car. Everything about the new car was explained in great detail. Yes, I left feeling pampered. Once they know exactly what YOU want these folks bend over backwards to provide a quality of service I have not seen in many years. It was wonderful.

For the second time in less than 2 years we have bought a vehicle from Mitchell Ada of the Lawley Honda Nissan. Both times their out the door price was over $1000 cheaper than any other dealership in the state. If you like no pressure sales and a GREAT deal, drive down to Sierra Vista and talk with Mitchell Ada.

After dealing with too many swindling Honda dealers, we found a gem in Sierra Vista. Mitchell Ada was really great with us... very honest and detailed. Especially understanding with our crazy toddler. We drove down twice from Tucson just because of him. Highly recommended.

Found the car about $500 less than anywhere else in the state They even included a nose mask for the car. I was skeptical at first..but they delivered on the car and the price. See Mitchell for a good price.

I just bought a new 2011 Nissan Xterra 4x4 from Lawley Automotive Group in Sierra Vista, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. In fact, this happens to be the third vehicle I have purchased from Lawley in the past 15 years. What made this purchase so noteworthy was the extremely fair dollar amount offered on my trade-in, coupled with how hard Sales Manager Dan Riordan and Salesman Charles Collins worked to put together a GREAT deal for me!
