Ok bill Luke " I walked in you're dealership and was shown around until I settled on a vehicle I liked. Bought it, though I'm happy with my car now after I had to take car of a few things you left a very bad experience in my mind that will prevent me from buying another car from you again, if you care about you're customers. Number 1. Shortly after I bought a certified pre owned camaro from you at highway speeds I noticed the car needed a alignment. I called you're dealership to resolve this issue but with fail it was something I needed to do on my own, and considering I drove 64 miles to buy this vehicle and I wasn't gonna drive to get it fixed there,145 bucks later and almost 500 bucks for new tires the car drives good now at highway speeds. Number 2 when I signed the paperwork I was handed the keys or should I say handed the key because I was told that you only had one key because the other key got lost and if I wanted another key I'd have to pay for it. (I've checked into this and for a remote programming and key to be made I'm looking at 300 bucks.... Now I live with another person that drives and I don't have a key for her. Keep in mind I'm now into this for almost 900.00 bucks with the alignment and tires. I thought that all the vehicles on you're lot are gone over by you're service department to be placed on the lot for sales?? I'm still yet to get another key made so right now I'm into my car for about 650 bucks all with the temp tags on it still. I bought this car for 36k and you couldn't even through in a 200 tint job, small price to pay to keep a customer wouldn't you say? This dealership has done nothing except sell me a car but did nothing to keep my business. I'm looking for a vehicle for my wife and returning to bill Luke isn't in the option for her, and honestly my next vehicle for my self won't be from Bill Luke. Funny how when you buy a vehicle in Arizona you can get the dealership to at least through in a tint job. So many dealerships in the valley to choose from and believe me my next purchase will be from a dealership that treats me as a valued customer and want my repeat business. Shame on you Bill Luke. I don't know how you got a 5 star dealer rating.

I am sorry for your dissatisfaction. Second key, floor mats, and owner’s manual may not be available on all pre-owned vehicles. We are unique that we do not have dealer add on fees like other dealers. This is why you paid for the desired window tint instead of us automatically adding it to the price of your vehicle.
