onI purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade from Bill Luke. The day I went in the salesman, Joey Aguirre, and the financier, Richardo Juca, assisted me to purchase a new vehicle. After a few days, I was having issues with the car and I called Joey, Richardo, and various people at Bill Luke. I did many calls, left several voicemails, and my calls were either ignored or they stated they could not do much. It took two weeks to finally get a response back and an appointment at the dealership. I had to travel from Tucson to Phoenix to get that completed. At the appointment they only fixed part of the issues. I came to the Jim Click dealership in Tucson for assistance and they kindly supported me. I love my new car; however, Bill Luke made purchasing my first vehicle the worse experience and they have terrible customer service!
