Leaving the house this morning Rob and I were both hesitant to drive to a dealership knowing we would have to deal with the sales pressure. Well what a great surprise. We were professionally greeted by Joel Hendrickson and I expressed to him what I had researched on Bill Luke's website and he automatically took the initiative to search on his cellphone to find what I was talking about. He found what I was interested in, went and grabbed the keys, and away we went. We went over the vehicles in detail; test drove it, then onto seeing if he could make a deal to meet our expectations. I told him the monthly payment I was willing to pay. After a few times he was able to get what I wanted. Joel Hendrickson was a very pleasant sales representative. I was very impressed with his ability to make it as painless as possible. He definitely made it worth the time we spent. Another perk was Wilmer Gutierrez taking the time to go over all the awesome bells and whistles that were included in my purchase of a new Jeep Sahara 2015.
