Awesome Experience

onMy experience there was awesome. Usually when my husband and I go to a dealership we can see sales people not wanting to help us because they assume we can't afford to buy a car. We have been told that they don't sell cars less than 10k before even greeting us. However, at this Lexus location we were helped with professionalism and did not get judged whether we could afford or not a Lexus car just because we were Hispanics. I was thrilled with our salesperson's professionalism and supreme customer service. I will definitely refer family and friends to Arrowhead Lexus.

Amazed in a good way

onI have recently bought my third car from Arrowhead Lexus. I'm amazed each and every time I step foot in that dealership. Their attention to detail and uncompromising dedication to service is beyond reproach in my opinion. This team has a never say no attitude. I'd never buy from another dealership!

New RX350

onWe purchased our new Lexus RX350 from Paul & Kelly and they were excellent. From the initial phone call to the day of pick up everything went smoothly. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Paul knew how to relate to us and listened well so that he could take care of our wants and needs. We had a great experience. Hats off to Trevor also.

A dream come true

onBack in 1994 I bought my first Lexus GS300. Fast forwarding to 2016 just last night I got to see the new 2016 GS350. Even better, is that it wasn't at a dealership or even on the road. It was at a Lexus owners car meet where a young guy brought it out from his dealership as a demo. The vehicle was completely open and the power to the vehicle was even on, allowing me to really get a feel for how far this car had come but in a very comfortable setting. I've always dreamed about what the GS of the future would be like and this showing was pretty darn cool. I grabbed a brochure of the new gs that was sitting on the dash and attached was the young fellows business card. Hats off to Arrowhead Lexus and Wedrick, I will most certainly be seeing you for my new gs when I retire.

onPurchased a pre-owned RX350 and Angelo was my salesperson. He did a great job representing the vehicle to me and was very friendly as well as professional. The biggest detail for me was after the sale they resolved a mechanical issue for me without hesitation under their warranty.

onI have given the above rating because everyone at Arrowhead Lexus was very professional, and informative about about the Lexus GS350 that I bought. I was there to have my 2008 Lexus serviced. I was looking in the showroom at the new 2015. Chris Comley was walking passed he stopped and asked if he could help me, I said, "I was just looking," He started to explain why I should consider the 2015 because of all the up grades and that one could use regular gas and get better mlage with the 2015 His explanation was great and so I returned the next day traded in my 2008 SUV and bought the 2015 GS350, thanks to Mr. Comley, I am a happy cammper. Since I am petite I would like to get an extention to the snap end of the seat bllt because when I raise the seat the snap end disappears and it is difficult to put the seat belt on. Thanks for making such a greaat car P.S. I trades in my Jaguar, Van Cam Plas for my first Lexus SUV thatis a statement!!!

onGREAT DEALERSHIP! I have been a customer for 15 years and I was happy from day one. It has improved from great to exceptional over that time. My most recent experience was to buy a new GX. David Dallaire, the sales person, was so knowledgable and helpful. Every phone call was returned quickly. All questions were addressed professionally. The best part of the experience was he found the exact new vehicle I was looking for. Jon Scotellaro was also very helpful, professional and courteous. I suppose the reason I have continued to purchase my vehicles from Arrowhead Lexus is due in large part to the quality of the employees. From the day I drive out with my new car to every service appointment, I am a happy and satisfied customer. On a scale of 1 - 10, this dealership is a 15. I will keep coming back and do not intend to ever shop anywhere else.

My Lexus Purchase

onI've been in a market for a pre-owned BMW 3 series coupe, for close to 3 yrs.. I knew what I wanted, it was just a matter of where I would get a great deal, but also great customer service.. Unfortunately that doesn't always go hand in hand and over the past few yrs deals had fallen through because of the lack of one or the other.. After the past experiences I had, I was dejected and thought that I'd only get my car if some far miracle happened.. But then I found Arrowhead Lexus and started talking with John via email/phone. He and his manager made me a deal I couldn't refuse.. they went above and beyond to make me comfortable with the whole process, sending me pictures etc (Dealership is an hour away from me).. Till the day I went to look/test/purchase the car, I was still doubting that the car was as good as it was described... But everything that I was told was true, the car was immaculate.. I walked out that day with the keys to the car, and a grin from ear to ear :) If your in the market for a car, used or new (they are a Lexus dealership) Do yourself a favor and give them a look.. They will go above and beyond to make you comfortable with your search and if you decide, your purchase.

onRecently I had an opportunity to work with Arrowhead Lexus during the process of purchasing 2013 RX350. I was also working with two dealerships during this time. Overall, I must say, Arrowhead gets the highest marks from me for their customer service skills. My sales rep was very friendly and polite, prompt with answers to my questions and overall very curteous. I know for a fact, he called me couple of times during his days off to follow through with some of my questions. I would whole heatedly recommend Arrowhead Lexus to anyone who is in the market to buy a car.

onI was sure that I was going to get the BMW 5 series but ended up buying the Lexus G350 on the spot due to the salesman's persona and knowledge of the car. He took his time to explain the features and reason why or why not I should purchase the car. He was informative but not in a pushy way. He knew I knew nothing about the car and got me the best deal. He wasn't there to take advantage of me which I like in a salesman. Remember, I don't know anything about cars let alone Lexus. Instead of trying to sell me everything, he sold me on the things I need and gave me very good advice. Out of every dealer I shopped, Arrowhead Lexus was the most genuine and sincere. Literally, I didn't have to haggle or negotiate, I came in, genuinely told him I knew nothing about cars, and walked out with a good deal. I checked all my sources after the purchase and everyone said I got a good deal. I know, I should have checked before the purchase but I was happy with my purchase and the service I got. So when I heard I did have a good deal from my mechanics, friends, and family, I was elated.

onI just bought a new Lexus CT 200h from Arrowhead Lexus and wanted to share my experience with other potential Lexus buyers. I first contacted them via email on May 9, 2014. I wasn't able to do a deal at that time and surprisingly, they kept in casual contact with me. They have the anti car salespeople. Never pushy and always friendly and kind. I've purchased 8 cars in my life and have never completed a purchase and felt very good about it. Well...Arrowhead Lexus changed that. These people could be selling used Pintos on the side of the road and I would still buy from them. They called me one morning and promised that if I came back that evening, I would leave with a new Lexus and a smile on my face. They were right. Visit Arrowhead Lexus and you will be very, very happy. I love my CT 200h!

onFrom beginning to end, our experience at Arrowhead Lexus was outstanding. My husband and I were so impressed with the professionalism of both sales consultants that assisted us. They couldn't have been more patient and and somehow made the entire process pleasant. Not only did they give us the best price among several Lexus dealership quote treated us well on our trade-in. I've purchased cars for over 30 years, and never have I had such a positive and satisfying auto buying experience! Arrowhead Lexus is well worth the drive, and their staff is the main reason we rate the dealership 5-Star

onJust had a terrible experience trying to deal with Arrowhead Lexus. Found a used Lexus I liked and after not being able to agree on price prior to leaving dealership I talked to them the next day and made an offer on-line. I was told by on-line manager on phone I would hear back with-in 30 minutes. Waited three hours before calling them and talking to another on-line manager who was going to talk the her and have her get back to me. NEVER heard back. Offer was above Blue Book value for vehicle. Regardless, to not get a call back either with a refusal or counter in very unprofessional.

onThis is the third RX I have leased in eight years with Chris at Arrowhead Lexus and I wouldn't go to any other dealership or work with any other salesperson. We also just bought an ES for my husband and Cheryl was our Finance person. She was also excellent to work with. Arrowhead Lexus has top notch professionals and we often recommend them to all our friends and family.

onThere was absolutely no pressure. Sales people at some other luxury dealerships (some right in the neighborhood) were much more aggressive and made us feel unwelcome. The corporate motto here must be patient professionalism.

Deceptive and Unethical

onThe vehicle I was interested in was advertised as "Certified" Lexus vehicle and the SA explained to me what "Certified" meant the day I went to the dealership: less than 70K miles, 161 points inspection, and how they have to put money to do it, yaddy yadda. When I gave them my first offer they came back to me and said they could give me $1000 discount if I buy the vehicle as an "UN-certified" vehicle DESPITE the fact that they clearly put the vehicle up for sale as "CERTIFIED" vehicle! Now, does this mean they can actually UN-certify a vehicle that is already certified? Or does this mean they never went through the "rigorous" certification process in the first place?? Strike 1. When I gave them my second offer, the license fee went up from $100 to $480 and their excuse was "they made a mistake." Strike 2. In the end, the difference in price between them and I were only $1000 but I decided to take my wallet else where based on their shady treatment and arrogance. Overall Impression - From the day I put my foot at the door and talking to the SA (and his "boss" behind the curtain) on the phone I just felt like I was dealing with bunch of [violative content deleted] and felt like I was being jerked around. Bottom Line - This is a shady dealership. I wouldn't touch this dealership with 20 ft pole.

traded a late model car on a new HS

onI bought an HS 250h with a trade-in late Jan. 2009. I did most of the negotiations on-line and via email. After seeing my trade and meeting Jim, the sales associate, we reached an agreement on price within a couple of days. The subsequent completion of the sale and delivery was accomplished quickly and the car delivered detailed and fully gassed as expected from Lexus . All my questions and concerns were addressed by Jim and the staff, and I was very impressed with the dealership in terms of pricing and how I was treated. I'm loving both the car and the dealership experience. In fact, I'm kind of sorry that due to the distance to the store I will need to use their sister dealership for service. I plan on utilizing both Arrowhead Lexus and Jim for my future Lexus purchase(s).

onI used Costco.com for a referral to a Lexus dealership for purchase pricing for a new LS460. Arrowhead Lexus was the contact that was returned. I made an appointment to see the salesman assigned to Costco members. I'm not quite sure what happened, but when I answered the most important factor in my decision is price to his question, he suggested I find a dealership in California that has 25 in stock and buy one from them, and then went in to what appeared to be an indecipherable lesson plan about dealerships backing the car, and my top priority should be the dealership and the sales and/or service department. I advised him I had owned Lexus vehicles in the past and understood the warranty and service options available to me and suggested we were heading in a different direction and asked if they have any 2008 LS460's in stock (two or three but not in a color I would consider). My business partner who had come along for the appointment became so uncomfortable he excused himself and left the sales office. I listened to a bit more of what my expectations should be, and then I stood up and extended my hand to shake his and said "You have my contact information, possibly you may call me when more 2008"s become available?" He said, "I'm not sure what I've done wrong here today" and crossed his arms. I withdrew my hand, thanked him for his time and told him I was going to go find my partner and leave. I picked up the folder I arrived with that contained the title to my current vehicle along with my money market checkbook and left.
