Great Experience

My wife and I purchased a 2020 RDX with technology package during Memorial weekend. Michael was our sales person. He did a great job of explaining the cars features. If you are afraid of purchasing a car with so many features, this is the place to go. The staff is very knowledgeable and wiling to train you on all the bells and whistles. As for car performance, excellent. Road noise is much less than other vehicles. Acura actually takes steps to reduce road noise and it makes your driving experience much more enjoyable. It drives and handles superbly. You will never go wrong with an Acura purchase.

I reached out to Mike via email after I had found a Buick Enclave 2012. He sent me all the pictures, detailed information and he even made a video specifically for me. Both my wife and I test drove the car, which was in excellent conditions. Mike was informative, very knowledgeable and never pushy. When we got back to the dealership he let my wife and I think about the purchase and make our own decision with no pressure. The negotiation went smoothly as well, we received an additional discount on top of the already discounted internet price. They sold many cars that day, and Iâm not surprised considering the excellent service. Since the Finance office was backed up, Mike suggested to go eat and come back later. Everything was ready by the time we got back. We love the car and we loved the whole experience thanks to Mike! They also offer free car wash for any cars purchased there!

Best Experience Buying a New Car EVER!

We began the purchase of our new RDX online and Aaron got right back to us. Jorge was waiting for us when we got there and provided a quick and enjoyable experience with some paperwork that didn't seem like the usual dreaded paperwork! Then Steven showed us all the awesome features of our new car and Virginia got us out of finance very quickly. Best experience buying a new car EVER! We would never consider another dealership after this wonderful experience!

Aaron Seabaugh guided me through the entire car-buying process - from the moment I stepped on the lot, to handing me the keys. Aaron exhibited all the traits a person buying a new vehicle would appreciate: friendly, courteous, highly-knowledgable, professional, etc.. In addition, Aaron answered all my questions & concerns in a thorough, non-patronizing manner. When it came to discussing all the options available to my vehicle, Aaron did an exceptional job in explaining the benefits of add-ons (paint protection, vehicle tracking, etc.), but never pressured me into purchasing accessories/add-ons that I didn't feel I would get much benefit from. At no point was Aaron adversarial - in fact, I felt like Aaron performed as an advocate for me, and I appreciate his assistance during the exciting, but overwhelming, process of buying a new vehicle. When I took possession of the vehicle, Aaron guided me through an extensive list of features on my car, and offered to do a more thorough exploration of the vehicle's features with my wife, at a later date. Aaron should be commended for deftly balancing the interests of the dealership while, at the same time, addressing the needs of the customer. Thank you Aaron, Paul, and Dennis for making my experience at Acura of Peoria so enjoyable. I came into. The dealership not knowing if I could get approved for a car loan because of my credit. I went to a couple other places and I could not get approved. I emailed with Jessica and she told me to come in and they could help me. I'm so glad I trusted her because I left a few hours later in a car! Thank you again for all your help!

My wife & I wanted to trade in her 2011 BMW 335i. I spoke with Eugene on the phone prior to coming in and giving him some information on what we were looking for. Within 5 hours we were out with our new car. That included test driving the car a couple of times. Chaz as well as Eugene made sure the transition from her BMW to the new LTX was smooth. Once I am ready to trade in my vehicle, I will be going back to them. Ray in Finance was amazing. I don't think we were there more than 10 minutes. fastest financing I have ever dealt with.

Outstanding Purchasing Experience

Acura of Peoria was a very pleasant experience in the purchase of our new MDX. Our sale representative Rey Jacinto did a great job aligning us with the right vehicle and insuring we got the deal that was good for both parties. I only have one issue with the buying process and that is no matter what dealer or vehicle it seems you buy you spend 3-5 hours in the dealership while they prep the vehicle, evaluate your trades. check your credit and close the paperwork part of the deal. I think high end dealers like Acura and others could improve this part of the process by making it less painful to wait patiently while they get all of the perfunctory tasks completed.
