New MKX

We stopped in to "just look" and drove away with a new MKX Lincoln. We felt we got a great deal and the representative was excellent with NO PRESSURE. He explained everything and insisted we call or come back to help further, even offered to come to our home to help with all of the features. I would highly recommend Fiesta Lincoln in Mesa to buy a Lincoln, or most likely any of their services.

Had my first car-buying experience here. We bought one of their used cars. Great price and amazing buying experience. The salesman let me take the car for the day to test drive. I returned with my wife later that day. He found me a lower interest rate than my bank and worked with me on price. We had everything handled and out the door in less than an hour. The whole experience was so great, especially after visiting other dealerships in the days before. There was no pressure and no gimmicks.

I am AMAZED with Fiesta Lincoln! Everyone was so polite and not pushy at all. After searching for a vehicle for weeks, I found the perfect vehicle right in my backyard. My salesman listened to everything I needed and wanted and surpassed my expectations. I have weeks worth of dealer horror stories from what I've seen lately from the competition... Fiesta Lincoln was a breathe of fresh air! THIS IS HOW BUSINESS SHOULD BE DONE! I opted last minute to purchase a new MKZ as an early birthday gift. I will NEVER go anywhere else again! Fiesta Lincoln has made a lifetime customer out of me and my family!

I recently purchased a Lincoln MKX from this dealership and I wholeheartedly endorse their service. The management team was fair and timely in their negotiation with me on price, and the contracting and delivery process was efficient, quick and painless. I was well received by warm and genuinely nice people and it was a pleasure doing business with this team. They have an excellent inventory and their prices are competitive. After I totaled my beloved 2002 Expedition I settled on a Navigator to replace it. It was very surprising to discover how friendly this dealership is. They tolerated me trying out for World Rally Championship in the two cars we tried out. They helped me recalculate and explain all the numbers on the pricing sheets, and also helped me figure out all the electronics. Most importantly there was no pressure. Options like warranties were presented to me instead of being pushed on me. I wasn't up sold or anything like that.

First U.S. Car Purchase

We purchased an 2016 MKZ. The experience with this dealership was constructive and pleasant throughout the process. Dean Pattison was superb. He was always helpful and there was never any feeling of being pressured. Then they explained the intricacy of the vehicle and that was pleasant and understandable. I have for many years been buying foreign vehicles how ever as a result of our experience I will recommend Lincoln.

I bought a used MKZ at Fiesta and I am seriously in love! I had an incredible experience there, the customer service is unbeatable. This was my first time buying a car on my own so I visit many dealers. This is the only place where I didn't feel pressured and I felt the staff truly cared about getting me the right car at price that worked for me :) My credit is not the best but they got me an incredible deal. Even after the deal was made and I had signed all the paperwork they went the extra mile and moved my things from my old car. Who does that?! Gary Butler was the first to greet me but he didn't try to sell me anything . He was warm and welcoming and knew the answers to any questions I had about the different models Lincolns. I love my MKZ and my new friends here at Fiesta Lincoln :)

I had the most fun car experience ever! From picking my MKC after driving two or three to the final picking up of the new car! My salesman was the best car person I have ever known and the Fiesta experience from welcome to and thru the great and fast enough financial paperwork was a joy from start to finish.

I went in 6 months ago to talk about a vehicle and they took time then trying to work a deal for me, but I just was not ready to move forward at the time. 6 months later, I went back like I said I would because they seemed trustworthy the first time we met and I ended up buying a 2013 Lincoln MKS, which was my dream car for years, white(paint) on beige (leather). I am 110% satisfied and will be going back to see this great group of gentlemen when I am ready to buy another car in the future.

This was my first experience with Fiesta Lincoln. I had never been to this dealership before, and we were immediately greeted by a friendly face. The Manager, Gary was working with another customer, but took the time to make sure we were properly taken care of. Dean helped us find the right vehicle for what we were looking for. We knew we wanted the MKX. Dean found the car as we wanted it equipped, and gave us a great price so we could purchase that vehicle. I picked up the car on a Saturday, and Dean took the time to go over everything about the vehicle with me. I was very pleased with the service, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. My wife and look forward to a long standing relationship with this dealer, as we feel very comfortable there. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who has previously gone to a "pushy" dealer, or dealer where the sale seems more important than the people making the purchase itself. Not once did I feel pressure by anyone, and anyone and everyone there was than willing to answer any questions I had.

I searched the Internet for the car I was looking for and contacted 4 different dealerships that had what I wanted. The way the folks at Fiesta Lincoln handled my inquiry was head and shoulders above all others. They were prompt to get back to me. Extremely personable and professional, and, when they weren't able to meet my price on the car I initially contacted them about, went way over and above everyone else by searching high and low to find my perfect car at the price I told them I'd be willing to spend. They did it! They actually found me a car that was better than what I had originally contacted them about and were able to work with me to get a deal done. Steve Cobb was the Sales Associate I dealt with and Jim Duncan was the Finance Manager. Awesome people to deal with. It was definitely worth calling around to find this outstanding dealership and I would highly recommend them.

I came to Fiesta Lincoln after seeing a special on a 2008 Challenger. They did an amazing job at getting me the information I wanted on the vehicle and making the entire experience wonderful. It's hard these days to go to a dealership and not feel pressured or overwhelmed and Fiesta did a excellent job at making us feel comfortable and confident in our decision.This has been one of the better experiences I have had at a dealership and everyone at Fiesta were at the top of their game to get me as close to what I wanted as they could.

Very Unhappy

went to this dealership based on decent reviews as far as dealerships go. Unfortunately, I have not received a very high level of customer service. Definitely not what one would expect when purchasing a "certified" pre-owned luxury vehicle. When I got the vehicle I was promised it would be re-deatiled because it was very poorly done the first time... Dried food on console, some greasy smudges all over the panoramic moon roof, etc. Within 6 days of purchasing my MKX I nearly rear-ended another vehicle on my way to the dealership because my brakes didn't feel right. The car in front of me slammed on their brakes, I normally would've had plenty of room to brake, but my brakes were not working. I was standing up on them trying to get it to stop. The service advisor was shocked at how bad they were. I was given a loaner and told they would detail it again before I picked it up. Well, I went back and the only thing they did cosmetically was take the sales sticker off of the windshield. Even the food was still there.. One week later, I was sitting in the passenger seat and realized the heater was blowing cold air on that side. I also noticed the steering column started making a grinding noise. The reverse camera and warning system started to malfunction as well and it didn't beep at me at all when I tested it by reversing it toward my husband. It only beeped once when it was mere inches from him. I was already very nervous driving the suv after my near accident. All these new issues have really made me question the certification process as well as the quality of the car I bought. I was called by both the saleperson and the GM and told they just want to make sure I'm happy with my purchase and rectify the situation. They told me I could trade this vehicle that has spent more time in the shop than w me. Well, they are singing a completely different tune now. They are only willing to give me a partial trade in value. They are trying to take 5.5k off the sticker price. Keep in kind this vehicle was purchased about 2 weeks ago and I've had a loaner 6 days this time. It's clearly a faulty car and they clearly know it. They are saying that things start breaking down after 24k miles. Great! That speaks volumes for your car quality! I can't wait to see what other fun I get to endure w this lemon and this shady dealership.

WE found the dealership to be clean and professional looking. We found all sales people to be helpful and professional with questions if our salesman was with another customer on an unannounced visit. The price was fair and comparable to other "luxury" SUV's. After the sale they were helpful with timely window tinting and vehicle coating.

Very Attentive

I was only looking (window shopping) and not planning to purchase (lease) when I went into the dealership. The salespersons were very attentive to my needs and requests that I wanted to have in a car. They explained the lease programs that were available along with added features. They were able to answer my questions as well as ensuring that the finance portion met my needs. They were patient with me as I made the decision to lease vs purchase my MKS. I did not feel the strong pressure that usually exist when shopping for a new car.

Found just the MKX I wanted

I wanted a particular MKX with a color and several options that were very hard to get and Fiesta didn't have it in stock. The salesman assured me that he would be able find one exactly how I wanted it in a timely manner. It only took a week for them to get it and they brought it on a covered truck. I came in and they finished up the paperwork in less than an a half an hour and I was on my way. The salesman, was very knowledgable about his product and gave a very detailed explanation of all the features in my new MKX. Over all I've never had a better car buying experience.

An Excellent, Hassle-Free Experience

We had an excellent hassle-free experience at Fiesta Lincoln. Jordan C was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. He made us feel very comfortable and relaxed during the entire process. He negotiated the best price and arranged for us to pick up our new MKX through Bill who was amazingly patient, organized and a pleasure to work with. He was warm, friendly and respectful as he gave us a tour of the service center, prepared and reviewed our paperwork for the vehicle and made sure that we were familiarized with the operation and features of our MKX, as well as, arranged our Bluetooth settings. Our thanks to Jordan and Bill for providing my wife and I with topnotch customer service, superb work and a pleasurable experience.

Fiesta is a small friendly dealership, from the first time you pull onto the lot there is always someone to greet you, service moto is the customer needs come first, sales team is great and they know the product, they dont try to sell you anything on the lot, they sell you something that fit your needs, i would say to the people looking for a car stop in and see them, THE COFFEE IS FREE.

By far the greatest store I have ever seen. My wife and I bought our Certified Lincoln Navigator from Fiesta last month and we were pleased with all the processes we went through. The Salesman was knowledgable about every car he showed us and explained the Certified Program to the T. When we had a qustion that could not answer thats when he introduced us to his Salesmanager who had the knowledge. We did not plan to buy that day but with the comparing of experiences we have been through we knew it was the place. I have never seen anyone like the staff in Service, you cant beat there smiling faces and quick service i will never buy anywhere else as long as this staff is here. Fiesta is Family.
