1. The Sonata is a tighter car than the Accord at this stage, FYI 2. Craig Darrow was very thorough on the test drive highlighting and demostrating features. 3. Very knowledgeable about differences in trims lines etc 4. Did not push a color we did not want, found us the proper color at another dealership 5. Did try and keep us at the dealership, we negotiated the finer points of the deal over the phone which was very helpful for us because we could multitask 6. Discounted the dealer add ons until we found them valuable and did not push them hard at all 7. Financing was a breeze and took very little time, no hard pressure there for extended warranties or other add ons 8. Highly recommend dealership based on this experience. 9. Also - do your homework on vehicles first, sales reps are much better able to help you if you know whats going on.
