Findlay Honda Flagstaff

After having researched the new 2015 Honda CR-V's months before their release, we used edmunds.com to submit our request to 4 dealers after the new CR-V was officially announced in early Oct. Justin at Findlay Honda in Flagstaff was the first to send us an offer the next day, followed by a lower offer from another dealer the day after that. After contacting Justin, Findlay not only met, but beat the other offer. The 2015 CR-V's were not expected at dealerships until mid/late Oct, and in the interim we decided on a different ext/int color than the one submitted thru edmunds.com, and Findlay Honda had no problem accommodating our change. As it turns out, they were the first AZ dealership scheduled to get the new CR-V in the color & trim level we wanted. The morning the hauler arrived in mid-Oct. with what turned out to be our new 2015 CR-V EX-L, Justin called us and scheduled a test drive that afternoon. When we arrived at Findlay Honda, the car had gone through dealer inspection & prep and was ready to go. Justin greeted us and, after introductions & a few questions, we were off on our test drive. The new CR-V was all we hoped it would be, so we sat down with Justin to start the purchasing process. Findlay was true to their word, honoring the final offer they had made, and did not try to nickel & dime us along the way. We discussed the optional items we wanted(their staff even stayed over to install them - what great service!), negotiated a fair price for our old CR-V trade-in, and closed the deal. We even financed thru Honda since their rates were lower than our banks'! Bottom line, Findlay Honda stayed true to their offer, Justin was friendly, professional and polite, and at the end of the day, we drove away with exactly what we wanted. (As a matter of fact, Justin was so on top of things that we ended up getting the first 2015 CR-V in the color & trim level we wanted, sold in AZ. He couldn't have been more efficient.)
