I always go to Garrett Motors for service of my vehicles and have had nothing but excellent service because the treat people like people. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation; and to check my battery. The service was great as in the tech kept me updated on everything, but there was only one tech on duty and I was literally the last customer out the door. Apparently they don't know how to open the back doors on an extended cab because the passenger seat was all the way forward and tilted forward, also. They did attempt to put the drivers seat back the way I had it, but not quite. The passenger seat was never put back. With the service that I received I was supposed to get my truck washed, also. That didn't happen. I realize it was at the end of everyone's day, but. Just because I had one mediocre visit, doesn't not mean I will quit coming to Garrett Motors. I will continue to go because I usually get better service.

Service was great. Was charged what was quoted on the phone. First time EVER for me that a dealership offered me two options for my repairs. One was for GM parts and the other option was for aftermarket parts. Great service department, both front desk and techs.

As a life long chevy person, I was most impressed by the professional and courteous sales experience at Garrett Motors. Each of the sales personnel personnel greeted us each time we visited the dealership and made our purchase of a 2017 delightful experience. They treated us like family, gave us an excellent price and delivered on all promises. In fact, we have recommended them to our friends already. Pleasurable purchase

Steve was great to deal with, he made numerous trips from the lot to the office and back. Never once did he try and get us to go into the dealership and set down so the 'squeeze' could be put on us. Good thing for Steve and Garret Motors as we would have just left and went elsewhere, the same as we had just done prior with a dealership in Casa Grande. Our purchase was made on a handshake on a Sat afternoon, right at closing time. My wife wanted to write a check for the car then and not wait until monday which Steve had suggested. Steve made things happen and we had a receipt in hand in a manner or minutes. Delivery was set for 10:30 am the following monday. When we arrived the car was nice and shiny having just been cleaned up from the lot dust. Steve took a great deal of time showing the wife the car and setting up the onstar system. While Steve was busy I wandered around the dealership and ended up in a nice conversation with the owner reminiscing on the cars of our youth. We can say our visit to Garret Motors was a great shopping experience and we look forward to their service dept being able to match the standards of the sales dept.

I've been to many dealerships and most treat women like they don't know anything about cars. Everyone including the sales department treat everyone like a human being and not just a male or female. To me it's worth the drive to come here for any kind of service.

From Jim Garrett on down to all of the employees age great people to do business with. Eva of the sales staff was of a great help in understanding the vehicle. I would not buy a vehicle any where other the Garrett Motors.
