AutoNation Honda Chandler

I reached out to Autonation Honda regarding a 2007 Honda CRV they had online for $15991.00 I made an offer of $14000.00 OTD, the was contacted via email by Walter Northrup, he replied to my email and told me my offer was too low, with that never heard back from him so I continued my search, a month or so later I saw the same CRV online and instead of contacting Walter I contacted a young man named Jason, very polite and respectful young man, (if you must go to AutoNation See JASON) Jason asked me to come in to work out a deal, I did and Jason worked out the deal at $14000.00 OTD, however he had a Doctors appointment and had to leave so he turns me over to (you guessed it) Walter, let me tell you, ( [non-permissible content removed], Walter finishes the deal and sends me off to finance. I get with this finance guy who tries to sell me Gap, and this over priced warranty, after I refused about 5 times he was getting frustrated with me, which was apparent by his demeanor, after the paperwork was completed this RUDE finance guy never even offered to shake my hand or say Thank you or ever say goodbye, just escorted me out of his office and left me standing by myself to hunt down, (you guessed it) mister Personality Walter to take delivery of my car. So if you don't pay list price and/or do not buy there overpriced warranty the treat you very RUDE! Had I know I would have gone elsewhere where my business is appreciated. JOHN
