Service department is falling apart. They’re always having you people working there years ago when they had the same people all the time it was great didn’t have a Lotta problems now every time I go and I have problems and I have a different person working with me.. took my truck in January. They found the oil leak was happening again still under warranty so that I had to order a gasket for it I called and made an appointment for my truck to go in for its oil changed here in May and then asked the lady about checking into seeing if my gasket has come in, she said she had to get back to me so after a couple hours she called and let me know if my gasket was in why didn’t someone call me and tell me your gaskets and bring the truck and will do your oil change and replace the gasket. Well I took it in the oil change did the gasket and then they called back and tell me that wasn’t the reason that was Lincoln oil. Amazing truck was in there between January and June for 100,000 mile tuneup. They couldn’t see it then they couldn’t tell me then. Seems like every time I take it in front oil change they tell me somethings wrong, I’m sorry Ford, but you were going downhill

Since I moved here 9 years ago, I have leased 3 Ford Escapes from them. Even though I looked at numerous other dealerships, I've not found one that treats you like a family member and doesn't pressure you....which is rare in a dealership...but very important to a senior citizen. Kudos to Dave, John and Dennis in sales for their kindness and honesty in leasing me a great, affordable car!

Dave the service representative assigned to my vehicle was very professional. Especially when the dealership was experiencing a computer glitch when I arrived. I would 100% suggest Anderson Ford Bullhead City to anyone who asks for referral for service, I have a Lincoln. Great service and the best part they are local.

I bought my vehicle from them in 2021 it's a 2018 so far they have performed all maintenance all services and done a fantastic job.... Jason was the service person I worked with today he did a great job.... In spite of their shop being very very busy they took the time to answer the phone and answer my questions as well as text me per my request because I was at work.... also gave me a great price on all servicesI will be going back!

Our process started back in August 2021 and just ended June 18, 2022. With all the challenges our country and business communities had to survive we were very pleased with the time and effort Cameron Ferrel spent with us through the whole process. When it comes to customer service I would give everyone who helped me from making the appointment by phone on a Saturday afternoon until the following Monday afternoon when I picked up my car a 5 star rating.
