Service Experience

Went in for an oil change, rotate and balance for my tires. Dropped off my truck at 7:15 and was told the truck would be already close to 12:00, then did not hear one thing from the dealership until I went to pick up the truck after 5. There is absolutely no communication at all from the service department to the customer. I tried calling and texting (the number that was given to me FOR communication) without any response or call back. Upon going to pick up my truck, I was then not charged for the services due to the truck not being completed when promised and the lack of communication. Not my request at all, I tried to pay for the service but the advisor refused. When I got home and was looking through all my settings to verify that all the service settings had been reset, I found that my tires all had different pressures in them. I was under the impression that if you get a rotate and balance that the air pressure would be checked, not the case here. Very frustrated with the service received and the lack of communication from the service department.

I came in being my usual indecisive. God has to have sent Me Greene to my rescue! He was very professional still had a great attitude, ask me a few questions and came out with just the right vehicle for me. I test drove a couple but the 1st one was it.
