Basswood is making everything good and removing the unwanted items from my purchase even though I know legally they don't have to because I signed the contract so am changing my rating for them to five stars. Also I would like to say the salesmen I had was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Really nice and professional people. No haggle, or trying to pressure you into a sale. I didn't find the truck I was looking for and the didn't try to just sell me any truck. Listened to me and what I'm looking for and I hope to hear back from them saying they found one that I may be interested in! Great staff... I look forward to doing business with them. Thanks guys!
