Great Experience Buying New Truck

I walked in off the street (no appointment or pre-contact with the dealership) and Lee House greeted me, went over his available inventory, and arranged a test drive of my preferred truck. It was a great experience. I did not feel any pressure to buy a vehicle but, instead, was provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I slept on it and called Lee the next day to purchase the vehicle. A few hours later it was cleaned up, gassed up and heading off the lot with me in it. The paperwork was fast and easy. It was a great experience especially compared to recent visits I've made to other dealerships. I highly recommend working with Lee and will definitely be calling him when it's time to trade in.

I dropped my car off for an oil change. I was quoted a price of $89. When I payed my bill it had jumped to $142 dollars. I don’t know why. When I went out to my car it had an oily hand print in the lower passenger door. The service writer offered to wipe it off with industrial degreased and a nasty rag. 2007 yellow corvette. 100% unacceptable
