I've got an Audi A4 now which is fine but if the '08 TL's are really being discounted than I am tempted. I had a TL-S loaner about two months ago. Loved the power! The gas miles sucks compared to the Audi Turbo (which still spins its wheels on take-off) and the radio isn't as good but it would be nice to have something that is a little bigger inside than the A4.

I know exactly where they are there on Peach St. You did well at $300 over invoice for a Base MDX they didn't even have yet. I checked their inventory and they only have one in stock-- a (2007) Sport/Ent. with MSRP of nearly $51K, which is more than I want to spend, even at invoice. I'm looking for Base or Base w/Tech. I'll check Park & Cleveland dealerships for '07s. Baierl is closest to my home, and only gives service loaner cars if you bought your vehicle there. So I probably won't go to OH just to save a few hundred bucks. But I will for a thousand or two....

Acura is having a TSX lease special until 9/4 and your deal varies from it enough to raise my eyebrow. Go to Acura's website and compare their deal with yours. Maybe your variables differ, but double check for peace of mind. Good luck!

So you are basically paying for a 3 year, 50,000 mile warranty, that won�t kick in until 4 years or after you hit 50k miles. I�d rather set aside the $1400 and let it accrue interest for 4 years. Ask yourself how long you plan on keeping the car. If it�s under 5 years, definitely pass. Acura also has a base warranty for the powertain for 6 years, 70k. See what the extended warranty covers and make sure it doesn�t overlap. Why pay twice? Does the warranty transfer if you purchase a new car? We bought the extended warranties many moons ago when we got our first Acura's. We got the warranties for the exact same reason you mentioned. So far, we never needed them, and have since passed on all extended warranties. Our Acura's are our 'go' cars, which is an acronym for gas and oil. That's all they ever needed, many passed the 100k mark with ease. Excuse me while I go knock on wood. :shades:
