Seems an OK deal not too great Here is Southern CA I was quoted 34800 for base and 38000 for Tech. Both were Cash deal...No financing..First offer from dealer..No negotiations YET.... May be you should take a look at the interest rate outside Honda Finance...might be better overall. Sanjay

The wheel locks are very over priced. I remember being charged about $55.00 for them for my 07 G35 which the dealer gave free anyway. Buy them yourself from the parts store.

I was at Acura dealer last weekend (Southern CA area) to test drive MDX. My salesman mentioned that 1) The incentives are good through June end. 2) The incentives will probably continue beyond June 3) MDX (SUV's) are not selling that well 4) He has had few 2007 MDX's traded in for a TL/RL..if I am interested. Very good no nonsense salesman. He know what Carsdirect.com and overstock.com is quoting for MDX. He was well aware of competitions internet pricing. I came out impressed with the car and the salesman. I digress....he suggested that I wait and take my time to decide if I really want a SUV.

You worked a great deal. I myself purchased an Acura TL with Navi on Sunday May 4. I paid 31,950, 35,000 Tax, Title Registration out the door. I bought from Kearny Mesa Acura in San Diego, CA. I went through the internet and had quotes all within $50 of each other (4 local dealers). I also tried Costco much more expensive. I contacted Cars direct on the internet and was quoted 31,600. The problem with cars direct is you do not know where the car is coming from. All in all I felt like I worked a resonable deal and love the car.

Since you don't say which transmission it is, I'll assume its an automatic. I don't think this is much of a deal. For comparison purposes, I just picked up an 06 TL, 6spd manual, with navi, A-Spec 18" wheels, lip spoiler, 16,000 miles and a clear bra for $27,900. So, if my assumptions are correct, you have some negotiating to do. Not quite sure what a certified TL brings, but at 26K miles, you still have 24K miles left under basic warranty. Good luck
