Trying to buy MDX in Arizona
by sunnya on Fri Oct 30 14:01:35 PDT 2009
The best offer I am able to get in Phoenix is 41,000 OTD for a base version. It looks like in VA with tech pkg it s lesser than this. If anyone have bought or looking for one is AZ, please let me know the best prices you were able to get.
Coming out of a TL lease with high mileage
by corbo29 on Mon Aug 17 09:56:10 PDT 2009
Just wanted to get some opinions on what to do when coming out of a lease and being way over on mileage. Heres the scoop... 4 year lease on an 06 TL ends in Oct. I currently have 106K milage which is more than double my allowance. I believe the residual value on the car was set at around $17k when the lease ends. The car is still in good shape and I wouldnt mind buying it but do you think there is a better option instead? (are the dealers cutting any deals on these type of cars to get newer ones sold? etc...) Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks! Greg in Phoenix
Just Bought '09 Tech
by fx1to1 on Wed Apr 01 18:39:33 PDT 2009
I had the best car buying experience of my life yesterday. After fooling around with dealers in the Phoenix area for two weeks, I drove from AZ to CA and received the best price and great treatment to boot. Bought an '09 Tech for $38,595 Incl. dest, $55 doc fee, $3092 - 8% tax (went up to 9% today) $15 temp tag: OTD $41,766 AND got the 3.9% financing for 60 mo! The dealer was Metro Acura in Montclair - I highly recommend them for anyone considering a purchase in the West. The whole process was too easy. Wasn't any negotiating. Salesman emailed the price. I confirmed by phone and with the GM because I thought it sounded too good to be true. I drove there and was done in with the paperwork in about an hour. No hard sell, no magic changing numbers, and I had to ask them about accessories! They were pretty busy, and I understand why. Took a risk driving 500 miles for the deal, but for $3k (minimum) difference over the Phoenix dealers, I'd do it again in a heartbeat. :D The price difference also caused me to change my decision to an MDX from an RX350. The reason I was going to go with the RX was the Phoenix dealers (Peoria and Tempe) wouldn't do a trade with the dealer in Tucson and wouldn't deal much on price and my current lease was expiring. The Tucson dealer tried very hard but couldn't get the color I wanted from those jokers. :P I do look forward to giving Chapman my service business however. Good luck to all others looking for an MDX and thanks to those posters giving info on their deals. This information is priceless.

Hi All, Could you give me some advice on where to get the 2009 New Acura RDX with tech package for around $31000? I don't mind paying up to $31,500. The phoenix area dealers are quoting $33, 500 which I think is over what most are paying. Any advice? Would Las Vegas or Southern California be better? Any other dealers in AZ? Any advice appreciated!

Hey guys - My wife's car was just totalled beginning of this month and now we have to look for another car. This time, we wanted to get the Acura MDX and I prefer Tech pkg. The thing is, we are travelling on vacation on christmas and coming back only end of Jan. I've got a week before vacation and not sure if things will fall into place. My question is, will i not get deals when i am back from vacation? Also, I am in phoenix, I see people posting good prices from cal. Can I buy the car from Cal. instead of AZ? Your responses are appreciated. Thanks, Gentoo
