1996 Volvo 850 Turbo 4dr Wagon

I have previously had a mazda rx7 and a
performance-oriented moddified blazer
and this "brick" (nickname for volvo's)
is turning out to be my favorite out of
the three on the street. Its sporty
yet street suspension is fun while
still comfortable and its turbocharged
strait5 has a lot of potential and Ive
found it to be quite reliable. I'm
currently running 300 horsepower w/
just a chip and ported cylinder heads
and haven't had any problems with the
stock transmission not to mention the
rest of the wonderfully engineered
swedish touring car. The heated leather
and premium sound are also very nice
and so is the wood trim.

Best Features

Reliable 5cylinder, turbo, great ride, unsuspected power, economy/sport/winter modes, firm transmission shifts, overall confidence in car

Worst Features

They dont make too many 205/50 tires and if you go to 205/55 they scrape the wheel wells when turning sharp. Also theres an amount of torque steer even stock so I gave it a 9 for performance
