We were looking for a feature and asked Ricky (who was new) to verify with the manager if this feature exists. He came back after talking to his boss and said yes. We found out later that this fearture doe not exists. There's was no need to lie to a customer. If the vehicle doesnt have a feature dont lie about it. We were working with Ricky and called to make another appointment with him. We were told he would be in the afternoon. But then got confirmation that we had an appointment with someone else. We also go emails from other sales reps. We thought this was suspicious. So we called back to make sure we would have an appointment with Ricky. They said yes. When we got to the dealership and asked for Ricky the receptionist said that Ricky was no longer there.
