first off beware they will not negotiate any price. what type of car dealership does NO negotiation at all ?!? this one apparently !!!!! We came into purchase a car on June 4th the car was listed on the site for $12,000. we came in again on June 7th car was still the same price $12,000, they then at that time told us that they would most likely go up on the cost of the car since it’s getting interest. Then we came in again June 9th ready to purchase after checking our accounts and they had changed the price to $13,500 because they knew we were interested. the service was so rude they kicked us out and would not try to give us an official copy of the paperwork to officially report them. however it’s our right and if you aren’t scamming you should have no problem with standing by your word. however i got a picture for proof that they changed the price over a 36hr time span because we expressed interest, that’s unfair immoral and unethical. if the price didn’t change from June 4th to June 8th how did it change that much over 36hrs ?? it’s a scam because they knew we wanted the car and tried to jack up the price. they tried to pass it off as the market had changed but if the market didn’t change over the weekend and a few days how did it change over 36hours ? SCAM ! John Paul Scala was AWFUL he was very short and quick tempered and barely wanted to address us or speak with us when we asked for proof or further explanation of the price change he knew he was wrong and refused to give it to us despite me sneaking a picture. i will be sharing these pictures with the city and on all of their review sites. I have reported them and they leave a bad stain on the city. ive lived in this city for 50 years and everyone complains about this dealership it’s switched owners several times and if this is how they do business i see why. it’s pure greed and scams going on in there ! they have been reported to better business beurea and the city not long before this gets around town. for them to even treat their costumers like that was honestly the most shocking thing i have EVER witnessed. and overall unless they called apologized and changed the price i would NEVER go back and don’t suggest you waste your time and go. several reviews have said the same thing SMH ! they all need to be fired and put out of business !
