I refused to do business with them and asked for my car keys back at least five times but they kept ignoring my request, keeping me trapped in the office. I finally had to loudly demand my car keys back so that I could get out of there. I have never seen such audacity and contempt from a car dealer. I will take my money elsewhere.

I went to VW of Union to buy a 2023 GTI. The MSRP is $35,000 and my trade-in value was $7,600 - $9,400 (per Edmunds link provided on the VW website). The offer they gave me was to pay $36,000, including my trade-in! They essentially wanted me to pay $1,000 over MSRP AND give them my trade-in for free!
