My wife and I have been here four times in the past, and still haven't test driven any of the cars we went to see; the most recent was Saturday around 9:30 - 10:00 am went to see a Mercedes; I saw an older gentleman point and send out a young man who came out and his first words "I don't know if anyone told you guys or not but we're by appointment only" We said we didn't know, he looked at the car? And said are you looking at this car; My wife answered, "Yes," and he asked, and do you want to test drive it? My Wife answered "Yes" Well, our next appointment is at 2:45 pm, and he gave us his card. I wanted to get the car for my wife, but he never asked where we were from, how far we drove, or anything. She had no interest after being treated that way repeatedly at this Car Dealer, I told her sometimes we know we have to swallow our pride and overlook the way we have been treated if she wanted the car, but she said she just preferred not to give them our money to pay them to treat us like that. And how were we to know it's by appointment only? I didn't see that information on Edmunds when I saw the advertisement, but we saw the ad earlier in the week and didn't have a chance until Saturday to go view the car.

In November 2020, I purchased a vehicle that Beyer Volvo Dulles listed online. I was told it was in excellent condition with no damage and needing no work. I trusted what I was told and the pictures in the listing. I purchased the car and paid to have it shipped from Virginia to NJ. When the vehicle was delivered I was shocked to see significant pain damage, the cargo area was pulled apart and the brake job that was supposedly done was only the pads being changed. I found a work order, that was apparently ignored, in the glove box. I immediately tried to contact the salesman, but he didn't return calls. It's now been 2 months, and after speaking with several people at Beyer, I was sent a touch-up pen. I got 2 estimates for the paint repair that were $1150 & $1350.My communication is being ignored. This is by far my worst car buying experience I'm now stuck with a car that was grossly misrepresented, and in need of $1300 in body work. I've put 5 miles on the car since November DO NOT TRUST BEYER VOLVO DULLES WITH AN ONLINE PURCHASE BEYER BEWARE!

Buyers beware that this dealership appears to live up to the 'used car salesman' stereotype!! While I had found a perfect used XC60 to buy all cash, I was trying to get all the proper paperwork and answers to my questions since I live out of the country and could not see/drive the car prior to purchase. However, I sent a relative to meet the salesperson and drive the car and while they were dragging in sending me the certification form and answer my questions on how to purchase, they sold the car to someone else. While I understand business is business, I had expressed my intent to buy but apparently it was easier to sell to another person without even giving me the courtesy or heads up they had someone else interested. Really poor business practice!!
