I found a beautiful 2016 Lincoln MKX at this dealership. They gave me a great deal, and I made the purchase. The entire experience was pleasant and respectful.The staff is well trained, professional, considerate, and straightforward. The salesperson I worked with was Corey. He was by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with. Corey was polite, charismatic, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He was training two sales peoples, and they were also respectful. This business is well organized, easy to work with and clean. They communicate well and do not give you the runaround. Their cars, used included, are clean! My final email to these guys: Kurt, I thought we’d be cool and not go through that whole dance. I specifically asked for no Wizard of Oz BS. Making me wait.  I would totally respect and could work with you if you included a line like “Dealer Mark-Up,” but treated me decently by giving me straight up trade-in value and not try to disrespect me by similarly making additional profit on my financing. I was expecting, like my usual experiences that I’d get something straight from Ford. That’s what I’ve done previously with BMW and with Lexus (actually Toyota.)  I’ve even had honest folks say that if I paid for the $189 windshield security BS, it would compensate the nice salesman and I had no problem saying yes. Everyone deserves to be paid for their efforts to assist others.  I may offer for your consideration that I am actually paid by the hour for my time. When I took the day to visit you I forfeit those earnings. Enough said? I’m going to share my experience with your dealership a few convenient places to leave reviews.
