Dealer Review:

This dealership used the most unethical business practices to trick customers. The price on the internet is nowhere near the price they charged me in person. I’m not talking a few hundred price discrepancy but thousands more than dealership fees and taxes. I would understand if it was just taxes but they adding thousands more on top of the taxes! They even lied about many other things. The sales staff will say anything just to sell a car instead of honoring the prices they advertised. When you challenge them, the manager won’t even talk to customers. They just make you think you’re talking to a manager which you later find out. If they lack integrity in everything leading up to selling the car, then they certainly cannot be trusted with vehicle integrity,

I showed up ready to negotiate to purchase the car. Before they even show you the car they want your credit card. I spent 20 mins answering stupid questions before they even showed me the car. Then they wouldn't let me drive it, but wanted to sit down and talk numbers. I said I'm not talking numbers without driving the car. The number they gave me was $4000 more than the advertised price. Calling it Dealer prep or some nonsense. When told them I was a cash buyer they wanted to tack on another $1000 for not financing through them. I walked out, went to another dearlership and bought another car two days later sold by professional car salesman with no bullcrap. Horrible place Stay away. Sales and support staff not wearing mask either During Covid!

The dealership that doesn’t negotiate is a great relief. I found a car at the price I wanted to pay. The knuckleball was that there was a Federal Tax Credit available $4,000 but the forms were not readily available so we all worked together and found a solution. The time spent by the staff added no extra revenue for them but put me $4,000 in front. The Hyundai Kona electric was exactly as advertised and I am very happy with it. I noticed that every car on the lot was ready to drive away. My first electric dance was a great experience. I don’t need another car but if I did I would go here first.
