I saw a used car on Edmund's and texted the dealership to arrange a test drive. They asked when would I like to come to see the car. I said I would be there in an hour and they confirmed Alex said to ask for a manager when I arrive. I drove an hour to get there only to be told upon arrival that the car was not there. They said it had been sent out for service. The sales people were unhelpful and the manager was useless. Very poor experience and very unprofessional handling of the situation. I would never go back to this dealership but they had the gall to text me the next day to ask when I would like to come see the car with no mention of the previous day. It is apparent that they have extremely poor communication skills between themselves and with customers.

We arrived around a quarter past seven and were greeted by Marcos as soon as we entered. He was our salesperson for the evening. After introducing himself, he asked what we came in for. I explained we came to see a used 2017 VW Jetta. After clarification on which one in particular, he took us to his desk and we sat down so he could photocopy my driver's license. Shortly after that he came back and had the car prepared for a test drive. We went on the drive and everything went smoothly. He encouraged me to open up the car a bit more once we were on a road more suitable to that kind of driving. All standard car-showing stuff. Afterward we sat down to discuss the price and any additional fees. Most of the standard fee stuff was there. We negotiated on one of the fees and on the price itself. Marcos discussed it with his manager, came back and it was close to what I was looking for. After some hemming and hawing I went ahead with the agreed upon price and we had the financing to get done. The initial rate was too high for my blood but they were able to knock it down a few points to something more reasonable. The finance manager Rayan was very straight-forward and did his best to get me a good rate and to explain everything. It was very step-by-step. After signing all the required documents I received the keys and a copy of all the paperwork. We left a bit after closing but they were patient and closed out the sale. After reviewing ad for one of their used car, i made an hour long trip to their Ogden location. Only to find out the features they mentioned in their ad, on their own website as well as other sites, didn’t exist in the car. Also car had scratches, color peeled off that they didn’t mention when I specifically inquired about it over the phone. Sales person wasn’t prepared, had to wait for keys, very unorganized. Best to avoid but in any case don’t trust anything you read or they tell you over phone.. No one expects cheap trickery from a luxury car dealer. They are not.

first off beware they will not negotiate any price. what type of car dealership does NO negotiation at all ?!? this one apparently !!!!! We came into purchase a car on June 4th the car was listed on the site for $12,000. we came in again on June 7th car was still the same price $12,000, they then at that time told us that they would most likely go up on the cost of the car since it’s getting interest. Then we came in again June 9th ready to purchase after checking our accounts and they had changed the price to $13,500 because they knew we were interested. the service was so rude they kicked us out and would not try to give us an official copy of the paperwork to officially report them. however it’s our right and if you aren’t scamming you should have no problem with standing by your word. however i got a picture for proof that they changed the price over a 36hr time span because we expressed interest, that’s unfair immoral and unethical. if the price didn’t change from June 4th to June 8th how did it change that much over 36hrs ?? it’s a scam because they knew we wanted the car and tried to jack up the price. they tried to pass it off as the market had changed but if the market didn’t change over the weekend and a few days how did it change over 36hours ? SCAM ! John Paul Scala was AWFUL he was very short and quick tempered and barely wanted to address us or speak with us when we asked for proof or further explanation of the price change he knew he was wrong and refused to give it to us despite me sneaking a picture. i will be sharing these pictures with the city and on all of their review sites. I have reported them and they leave a bad stain on the city. ive lived in this city for 50 years and everyone complains about this dealership it’s switched owners several times and if this is how they do business i see why. it’s pure greed and scams going on in there ! they have been reported to better business beurea and the city not long before this gets around town. for them to even treat their costumers like that was honestly the most shocking thing i have EVER witnessed. and overall unless they called apologized and changed the price i would NEVER go back and don’t suggest you waste your time and go. several reviews have said the same thing SMH ! they all need to be fired and put out of business !
