My son just returned from his basic military training after almost 5 months. He saved his money and found a 2010 Kia Forte he wanted. We went Tuesday evening to purchase the car. It had a cracked windshield they said they would fix the next morning. On the 30 mile trip home the check engine light came on, the transmission was slipping badly causing the car to lurch forward. We returned Wednesday morning they met us and had the windshield replaced by a local company. We talked to George our salesman and told him about the transmission problem and that none of the fluid levels were filled. He said their mechanic would address our concerns and fix us up he needed about an hour or so. So we waited the mechanic took the car in back of property, then left the lot about 20 minutes later, he returned to the lot in less than 5 minutes, parked car came in and went straight to George. We attempted to ask him about the problems and he no speak English. He and George exchanged words he laughed and left. George told us the car is ready, everything is fixed. I told my son to go check the car and fluids. He responded, they're nice I trust them. Big mistake! We left the lot started driving home and the check engine light came on about 15 miles into our trip home and the transmission problem started slipping again. We stopped at a gas station and opened the hood- low and behold, none of the fluids had been filled. Oil, washerfluid, brake fluid, power steering were all at bare minimum. I called Autonet, George was not available. I spoke with Roger. Told him what was going on. He said he would have George call us. Did not happen. My son began texting him relentlessly, George told him to take it to their mechanic in Irving. What about the mechanic in their shop that worked on the car? Told my son something's not right we will take it to Kia of Arlington down the street. Kia had the car for two full days and fixed three recalls and then came the bad news. The diagnostics returned a full page of various error codes. Airbags won't work, transmission control module is not communicating with transmission, manifold sensor is not responding and showed us where the vehicle apparently was flooded. The water damage was obvious under the dashboard, door sills, wiring harness, and the vehicle drain plugs had been removed. I sent the print out from Kia to Autonet and was told they are trying to rip us off....take the vehicle to their mechanic in Irving to see if he could do something about the problems then after that we could talk. I don't believe Kia of Arlington is trgi g to rip us off. It trying to work with Autonet we reluctantly went to their mechanic in Irving on Saturday mid day. The mechanic looked over the car, ran the diagnostis and pulled up the same as Kia of Arlington. Since Muhammed at Rapid Auto in Irving is licensed to issue State Inspection stickers on vehicles. I asked him if the vehicle would safely pass inspection and he told me flat out, No it would not. He even had me take pictures of the screen with my phone. Keep in mind during the course of the week, I asked to return the car, get our money back, speak to someone who could make a decision. My son and I both got passed around to Roger, George, then Joey all of which told us they cannot do anything and are waiting on the owner, that they communicated my concerns and documentation to the owner for a decision. Joey told us you have to take it to our mechanic in Irving and after that based on what the mechanic said, we would be able to work something out. He had me call the same number again to talk to a woman named Monica, same woman who is there daily from open to close. She told me the same thing as Joey about their mechanic in Irving. I expressed my concern for my son's safety and anyone else on the road for that matter. Needless to say the Irving mechanic called them and spoke in Spanish to them from his phone because now they were not taking calls from neither my son or myself. But they answered immediately when the mechanic called from his phone after I insisted he call them, at which time the Irving mechanic told me he doesn't have their number. Now this sounds completely strange. Their go to mechanic does not have their number.....I sent the photos taken from the diagnostic screen of their mechanic and decided that since we are already 30 miles from home I would make the 9 mile trip to Autonet with the car, documentation from Kia and their mechanic in Irving. We arrived about 4pm or so. My family and granddaughters got out of the vehicles and proceeded inside. Two guys out front asked if they could help, I told them no unless one of them is Monica or the owner. They both started calli g and texting feverishly as we went inside. Another gentlemen approached me asked me if he could help, told him who I was looking for and he pointed me to both Monica and Joey adjacent Rogers desk. I walked forward asked are you Monica and Joey and I extended my hand and gave Monica a hand shake while simultaneously announcing I am William Pope and I am here to talk about the car you sold us. Immediately she pulled her hand back, panic setting in and an abrupt turnaround and leaving. As she did so, I am guessing the little [non-permissible content removed] in a smedium shirt began screaming at me to get out how dare I come in to his store and do something to one of his employees. I did nothing but shake her hand and announce who I was. Needless to say, a lot of screaming at me. I remained calm even though I was ready to throat chop him and lay him out on the showroom floor. I a continued to ask to speak to the owner or someone about the car and everything I j Had from Kia and their mechanic in Irving. Needless to say he called several other salesman to remove me and my family from the premises. Which I responded if anyone touches me or my family it will be assault and I will call the cops. At which time Joey said he was going to call the cops still screaming at the top of his lungs for me to leave. My patience was wearing thin by now and my son was adamant that we leave. I did tell them I am going to file complaints and call the INS as well. Since their resident mechanic doesn't speak English and they all speak in Spanish about their customers and the cars leads me to believe they have something to hide. Otherwise, why speak in another language in front of your customers. We left and went home but not defeated just yet. Later inthe evening I got a lengthy text from Joey the loudmouth in his smedium shirt to make himself appear bigger than he truly is. Truth be known, his mouth and empty threats are the only thing big about him. I will be taking steps on multiple levels. To include setting up a class action lawsuit whereas all the previous customers who have experienced similar dealings with Autonet can join. If you want to be ripped off and taken advantage of, this is the place to go.

DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THEM. I purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester from them less than 2 Months ago. After signing the papers I discovered that the radio did not function at all and the AC Compressor begin to work intermittently. I contacted the dealership and they offered to have the radio fixed which was the least they could do. When I had another dealership confirm that the AC compressor was bad, I contacted Randall Noe and they said since I didn't buy the "extended warranty" they wouldn't help me at all. That repair costs around $1000 and Randall Noe said they wouldn't even give me a penny toward it. Obviously, they do not care about taking care of the customer or being honest about the vehicles they offer for sale. I will never do business with them again... and if you have read this review, you should reconsider purchasing a broken vehicle from them.
