Transmission - vehicle issues

2021 Volkswagen Jetta
Got a grinding noise when accelerating from transmission around 30mph. Dealer says it's normal noise even though there is a class action lawsuit for earlier model Jettas with the same issue. Eventually leads to transmission fluid leaks and failure but I guess they don't want to warranty it. My remote start stopped working and the dealer replaced a car net module under warranty. There is … a crackling noise coming from speakers when listening to talk radio on xm.. they replaced the amp but it didn't fix it...so they said it was normal operation and I haven't had that issue resolved either. Definitely not buying a VW again... I have had a new scion, multiple new Mazdas, new bmw, new range Rover, new Hyundai's. And have never had issues like this car. Unbelievable. This is all within first year of ownership and 20k miles
