After closing the deal (I leased a car from them) no one returns your calls. They tried to get away with their obligation to provide a second FOB by adding a clause to the contract stating they will try for 30 days to get me a second FOB. Worse than that, they only disclosed the unavailability of the second FOB during sign-off. Stay away from this dealer.
