Went in to look at a 2014 Civic. Car was in good shape inside and out minus some cosmetic issues that were easily fixable. Got a quote and they were trying to force sell a $1,595 “theft safety feature” that they claimed was pre-installed when I know for a fact it isn’t cause it’s illegal to do that. The guy claimed that all their vehicles come with it and that they wouldn’t take it off. Do not deal with them.

on 09/18/2023 we found a car for sale through Edmunds.com for $39,991.00. We liked the car after test drive and agreed to purchase for the asking price. But in the paper work they this added "Other F&I Products - $995" (which was not in the original listing). We asked the agent to explain this item and she said all of their has this item. My question why it was not shown in Edmunds.com listing. I am very upset and want to put this review for future buyers to be aware of this.
