After a great sales experience with those working on the floor at Seacoast VW, I was extremely disappointed when I started working with management and financial. Very rude, pressure you to get a loan through them, they make empty promises and do not care about the customers whatsoever. I have truly never been so horrified at the unprofessionalism, especially over the phone. I will never be going back there. You are better off going to another VW or shopping online. Truly a horrendous experience for me. They sold the car I was going to get before I got there (I had an appointment that day to purchase the vehicle). Be careful if you are at Seacoast Volkswagen.
