My wife and I brought a brand new id4 from George Strong who contacted us about this car because it’s reservation got canceled. We put down the deposit to secure the car on the same day. The car arrive at Hendrix Frisco dealership 4 days later. We came in to get the paper work done the next day and drove that car home in less than 24 hours after the car arrived. George has been very pleasant to work with, he is very knowledgeable about this id4 and has been on top of the process from the beginning to the end. This id4 is our second vw and we are going to be vw loyal customer for life.

I rented this vehicle for a month and wanted to purchase it. Desales division needed to inspect her prior to the sale. After a week I was able to purchase it. I had notified them of a chip in the windshield which was not repaired. Causing me to miss work to have it repaired. None of the filters in the car have ever been changed. And they kindly took off a nice set of matching tires and placed a cheap pair on the front and a cheap pair on the back that do not match.
