I must say if it wasn't for the professionalism and kindness of Ms. Brianna It would have been a one-star. Unfortunately, she's not part of their management team. I don't remember the name of the ignorant and rude sales manager but he needs to get a refresher course on his customer service skills. I did not drive two hours away to your place of business to get abuse or talk down to since he wasn't able to lie to me and have me pay for a boatload of dealer fees when it wasn't necessary. Needless to say, I did not purchase the car from him and would never return to that dealership again...not worth the hassle.

Then they added another 2k in unnecessary fees. They the sales guy kept telling me he was going to do this and that and it never happened. He was too busy with other more important people.
