My experience at Capitol VW was flawless. First I would like to point out I live about 2.5 hours away from the dealership. I was looking for a very specific car, and found a few from various sites that caught my interest. However, from my initial reach-out, I felt comfortable with the team at Capitol VW, and I knew I wanted to do business with them. They allowed me to do a Zoom meeting to see the car, and even offered to ship it to me at no additional charge. However, it was important to me to see the car in person and test drive. I never felt any pressure to buy, and they allowed me to set up an appointment that worked around my busy schedule. Then, test drive day finally came, and we felt very welcomed first walking into the dealership. My boyfriend and I were both allowed to test drive, which he appreciated. They also ensured I got the best financing and warranty. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They are amazing!!!

I already knew which truck I wanted because of hours spent on the computer researching the inventory of every Ford dealer with in 75 miles of my home. Stephen (sales rep) met us as we walked towards their sales office. He asked if he could show us around the truck area, but we said "no thanks, we knew which truck we wanted.
