There are many things that are superb about this dealership. Overall the camaraderie is very palpable. The staff genuinely interacts and supports one another in a visible/audible positive way (even when caught in unguarded moments). This includes sales, finance, service, attendants, geniuses, etc. Literally everyone you encounter has a "team CF VW" positive attitude. For this purchase, the experience with Gabby and Kevin was extraordinary. Truly so, not just hyperbole. Every question answered, ensured my wife and I understood all options, worked with us to have the vehicle prepped with our added protections prior to purchase date (i.e. they trusted us). The VW brand, and the GTI specifically, was an option, but not the only option to meet our needs. But reviewers of this post should know that one large variable in which car to purchase was the positive interactions we've had at this dealership. So, VW has the industry lead for "Hot Hatches", and CF VW sets the template for positive customer service. BZ!
