Zero stars! It's like most other car buying experiences, salesperson Beau was helpful. Slow sales process, pushing warranties, over priced accessories. I liked the truck so I smiled and dealt with it. Agreed to coverage for tires and paintless dent repair with the platinum wrap on the hood and doors. That's where things really went downhill. Brought truck in a few weeks later for wrap. Service rep (Amber) said sign this and don't total the loaner. She also mentioned that she had no help and manager was out sick. I was not told what loaner was or provided opportunity to inspect before being forced to sign paperwork. Drove loaner home and parked in garage. Noticed that evening (Friday) that rear passenger quarter panel had damage. Brought back loaner, did the right thing and asked if they knew about damage. At that time Amber stated she knew who had it before me and customer did not like her and also knew that it had been in an accident. Was told by service manager (Roger) I was responsible for damage as visual inspection didn't show damage before I took possession. I asked for proof of visual inspection and was told they don't keep any record. How can you state that there was no damage on inspection when you keep no record of said inspection?? I then spoke to my salesperson Beau as he is my personal connection at the dealership. He said that he was sorry, couldn't do anything for me because, quote "I just sit at a desk". So, needless to say, very poor experience and would not recommend them for sales or service. I'm now on the hook for a $500 deductible for the dealerships negligence.

I had an ok experience up until the end. And I wouldn’t be complaining if I felt I was being fairly compensated. I’ll start off by saying Andrea and Nathan were great, I would do business with them again. So this is my first new car. After we are all done with the deal and they are bringing the car out to by mine so we can switch car seats I watch as they crash into a pole scraping the side of my brand new car I just spent a huge amount of money on. I am not a rich man. I saved for this for a long time. I was so shocked I didn’t know what to say. Now instead of sending friendly Andrea to talk to me, they send stoic face Humberto to talk to me. He starts talking to my wife while I’m on the phone, not waiting for me despite the fact it’s my car. Whatever no big deal. Humberto is not a outright rude person, but does not come off as friendly like a sales person normally would. Immediately I get the impression that he is frustrated, I get that. I was too. But at that point, it’s not my problem; I am the customer. The customers who’s first new car experience just got ruined. He explains that I can either take a white one that is the same or take a rental for a week. I took them I don’t think 500 is fair. He then showed me a more expensive car And offered a better discount on that. So I get what I want if I spend more after you wreck my car? But I don’t have an additional 4000 dollars so too bad I guess. So I take the rental, assuming that my car will be delivered on a truck since I was asked about my street being able to have a sixteen wheeler. Come to find out today that my truck is being drove to me. I’m in finals week as is my wife and the dealership is almost 2 hrs away. I don’t have the time. I won’t be even be the first person to drive my “brand new” car as it’s being called. It sure doesn’t feel new. I contacted Volkswagen and apparently they think this is good enough. If it is good enough than why does everyone I tell about this tell me I’m getting screwed. I never even received a call or anything from leadership at this dealership to alleviate my angers. Like I said, Andrea and Nathan, you guys are great. I really wanted to give you a positive review. You guys worked hard for a good sale and then your business you represent screwed that up. I’m sorry. Edit - they have now agreed to deliver the truck on a bed. No further compensation offered. Manager did now call after i finally got very mad and posted bad reviews. He is sorry.

I was utterly disappointed in the professionalism and service at this dealership. I went in expecting to pick up my new car (I had scheduled a pick up the day before after a test drive) and literally left crying. The finance guy would not take no for an answer when I said I didn’t want any warranties and then told me it would be easier for him if I financed through them- even though I had a lower rate through USAA. He said I could not leave with a car unless I financed with them. I said I would leave with my own car and had to convince them to give me back my keys and title. Terrible! Loved the car but could not give them my money.
