The Salesman at Bob Rohrman Billy Carion was very unprofessional and dishonest and the sales Manager Kenny Keelen was very rude and should be charged with deceptive practice he attempted to charge me a made up bank fee for the entire down payment amount in addition to this he added on $2495 in unnecessary accessories. Well I’m a little torn. Starting to feel as if I was sold a vehicle with something wrong with it. The engine like keeps coming on. I also feel As if the vehicle was never inspected. Hints the fact that when I test drove it, it was very clear it was literally just traded in. Engine light came on twice in less then a month of driving it. Drive all the way to the dealership, for them to turn the light off. Three days later, the engine light is back on. The lifetime warranty is only honored if all service is done there. Well that’s a pretty far commute, for zero results.
