Overall great experience with the dealership. My only concern is that I wasn't involved in the inspection of my trade in vehicle. I appreciate the convenience of not having to sell my old car privately but I didn't get anywhere near what it was worth!! Especially since I was paying cash for the new car. Dealer Review:

Met with Mark Naranjo to test drive a Jeep Mojave. Told him that it was significantly low on gas. We then had to drive to a gas station and sat at the pump for 20 minutes waiting for Mark to return to the vehicle. At that point we had decided we would rather test drive a Willy’s. He was instant that we continue our test drive with the Mojave, without filling up with gas, so we did. On our return back to the dealership, we ran out of gas! A quarter of a mile away from the dealership Mark says to leave the vehicle and that we’ll walk back to the dealership. As we’re walking back, uphill, he starts asking about credit scores. Then flat out tells us that because of our scores that we will not qualify for a loan at all (credit score not that terrible!). This was an extremely uncomfortable situation and could’ve been completely avoidable. I would not recommend this salesman to anyone!
