Unprofessional! Terrible customer service! Sold a vehicle out from under us while waiting on paperwork! Not one salesman or manager apologized for what happened. A salesman said “This is how it is now with Covid. We sell out vehicles from underneath each other.” The manager, Mike Saldana, didn’t come out to apologize or help to see if he could find another vehicle. When he finally came out of his office we were leaving and dismissed us with his hands. That is the person you have running your business?? Dealer Review:
I was sent a 2017 Genesis G80 and what I seen online vs what arrived at my home per delivery was not the same. The vehicle has quite a bit of cosmetic damage that was not disclosed online. The delivery driver told me that the car came straight from auction! I was flabbergasted but what he said made sense! The car arrived dirty inside and out and was obviously not inspected upon being sold to me. I took the vehicle to the mechanic shop for inspection upon delivery and was told it needed new front rotors and brakes. The vehicle also had a front fender damage on the drivers front and back bumper indicating an unreported accident. I sent the vehicle back immediately!!!! This experience is the very reason that I will never purchase a vehicle online that I can not see and inspect first. Lesson learned!
