2021 Toyota Venza
What would you feel if your newly bought 2021 Toyota Venza car dies in the middle of nowhere, where it’s cold and no one is close by. And you have a phone but battery is also running out, but you can’t charge it since your car is dead!!!! Their roadside assistance will charge you $20 per mile in exceed of 12 miles. So which means you might pay hundreds or thousands of dollars just to … get to the nearest Toyota service. They want you to pay right there and then they debit card, credit card or cash. What if you don’t ha e that much money, then you will be stuck in cold in a creepy, scary street.
Well, that is just a scenario. Luckily, my Venza just died where I am close to home. It’s battery just died. My 2 months Toyota venza. And their roadside assistance will only tow my vehicle after paying the miles in exceed of 12 miles.
Moral of the story: don’t drive this car far away from home, where you can get all the help that you needed.
I feel like after what happened, I don’t consider this car as dependable. This is not the car I will drive if I want to feel secure with my long drive. But again, that’s just me, based on my experience with this car.
