Came in inquiring about a used Toyota Prius. As usual, they encouraged me to make an appointment and assured me that the car would be pulled up and available when I arrived. Not only was it not pulled up, it was blocked in, and the 12V battery was dead. I said I would like to run a diagnostic on it, the sales person told me she was certain there was no issue with it. I said I was not comfortable having someone in the car with me for the test drive because I had to help take care of elderly relatives and I did not want to take any chances because of covid. Helena (the salesperson) told me that she had to come with me because I was not insured - so far they're the only dealership who had this requirement, and I feel it had more to do with giving her the opportunity to spend time selling the vehicle. Also, the car was close to empty on gas so we had to stop to get gas during the test drive. After getting gas, again the car would not start. Again, Helena assured me nothing was wrong. It was clear I knew more about the Prius than she did. I had only intended to test drive the car and was not going to make a decision that day as I was short on time. However they kept me there by making me believe they would provide some break on the price, but never offered anything more than throwing in remote start. Further to that, they tried to charge me an additional $2000 to "activate the certification" which was absolute BS since the car was already listed and priced as a Toyota Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and insisted this was what all Toyota dealers do. This was a lie. They also came up with many other lies about other dealerships and why their cars were priced low because the cars were bad, or that they weren't actually certified. My feeling was because I said that I could afford to pay cash, that I needed a car soon, and that I had no car to trade in that they thought they could take advantage of me to sell me a car for a higher price that probably had many problems. I'm really glad I called myself a Lyft and got myself out of there when I did. They have a nice and pretty showroom, but that's about it. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

First, the salesperson was nice. Was going to buy Hyundai Kona, but when they presented me the price- there's an add on $2500 for "accessories" - for coating inside and out. Though the manager was willing to give a discount, I don't think I should pay for it because they initiated to add that before selling the vehicle. So I happily walked out.

Our salesman, George, was Very knowledgeable about the Volvos that we were interested in, no pressure tactics, gave us options, was polite courteous and well dressed too. When we Selected our Volvo, George played a major role in completing our paperwork. We need to return the following week to pick up our vehicle and once again, George was there to greet us, Made sure everything was in order and gave us a personal walk-through of all the grate functions on our new Volvo. We also have another Volvo which needed a new emblem. Service and Parts were also excellent. What an experience, we didn’t get this back home. We will buy our next Volvo also from this dealer.
