I bought a Toyota Certified Preowned Hybrid Corolla (which I Love) from here in May of this year. Today it has a flat tire in my driveway and I go to grab the spare tire, a component which is indicated on the 160-point Inspection Check Sheet as being present and in good condition at the time of purchase, and IT IS NOT THERE. Why would they say it's there when it's not there? Now, I am in a predicament. It sucks. I see this dealership doesn't reply to any of their reviews, good or bad, so they'll probably never see this but YOU will. Beware. ***BEWARE*** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! My family drove 3 hours from Ventura County to purchase a car that was being "held" for us. The morning after the car was promised to be held for us we got all the way down there and they are literally selling the car to another person IN FRONT OF US!!! I don't think it can get any more unprofessional than that. Not to mention the car was NOT clean and had scratches all over the door and dash so we would not have purchased it either way. These are BAD AWFUL cars they get from cheap auctions and resell them with damage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I am also contacting the BBB, Bureau of Consumer Protection, FTC, I am having the State check on the status of their license to even be selling cars. HOW DARE YOU!

Went in to look at a 2014 Civic. Car was in good shape inside and out minus some cosmetic issues that were easily fixable. Got a quote and they were trying to force sell a $1,595 “theft safety feature” that they claimed was pre-installed when I know for a fact it isn’t cause it’s illegal to do that. The guy claimed that all their vehicles come with it and that they wouldn’t take it off. Do not deal with them.

They do everything they can to lure you in, they tell you they cannot sell to you because you're out of state. They won't take cash. I was willing to buy the car sight unseen and have it shipped and then these red flags started popping up. Never deal with a company like this, go to a real reputable dealer.
