Safety, Performance, and Style in a Great Package!

2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid
I traded in my 2015 RAV4 Limited with a 2016 RAV4 Hybrid Limited last month. Felt more balanced. Very comfortable. It seemed there is better suspension. It is my first time to be driving a hybrid, and I can see the difference in mileage as well as the power. In choosing the Limited, I considered the safety tech package. In wanting to be more green, I chose the hybrid. Bird's eye view … was supposed to be standard in the limited hybrid. Before I made the purchase, I tried to "build" my RAV4 hybrid limited on the toyota website to get a sense of how much it would cost. Both their website and the brochure say the BIrd's Eye View was standard in Hybrid Limited. I was so disappointed when my car did not have the Bird's Eye View nor heated steering wheels (both are in the manual specific to 2016 RAV4 Hybrid Limited, and my purchase was for the top of the line). Most other features exceeded my expectations.
