I worked with Moe Belhachi, the Floor Manager, for months. He told me that they were the biggest Toyota Dealers in the Bay area, and I should buy a Toyota Camry Hybrid from him. I believed him. I wanted a blue car, so he acted like they were available if I was patient. (I do not even know if they made 2023 Camry Hybrids in blue.) I waited 10 MONTHS because he kept telling me that the car would come in "6 to 8 weeks". In the meantime, he tried to sell me other used cars. I bought the car that I wanted from another dealer when I realized that this man did not have my best interests at heart. At least, my $500 deposit was returned. That is the most positive thing that I can say.

Another says its available in Wichita Ks, then another says pick up Ok City, while another Atlanta. $1999 or---- Ship it to you No wonder Carvana cost structure is bleeding money qtr after qtr with inventory caught at the wrong price IMHO.

They advertise a car nationwide and will not sell it to anybody out of California. I never heard of such a thing and it seems ridiculous. You have to come in person to pick the car up and cannot have it picked up by a shipping company even if you pay by money wire.
