Dealer Review:

I really do not recommend people to deal with this dealership as long as they still have a rude and [non-permissible content removed] sale manager named Richard Millette. People in the shop were supper nice except this guy. Lots of people who already visited this place complained a lot about this guy. If you decide to get a car from this dealer, try to do your best to avoid dealing with this guy as you certainly would be frustrated. My experience was very bad with the company because of this guy. As my plan was to export the car out of the states and already confirmed with the MVA that I did not have to pay sale tax unless I decided to register the car in MD. However, Richard did not listen to MVA or anybody and wanted to charge me more than $2000 tax as he mentioned. He was very rude asking me to come to get the car with the price he suggested !!! or he would sell the car to somebody else. He modified the price many times and wasn’t straight forward. Lucky I have everything documented. I have just asked him to sell the car and give me the title and I would take care of everything else, but he said no because you are not a licensed dealer. I talked to my cousin who is a licensed dealer to purchase the car and asked Richard for this. Unfortunately he however refused this and said we did not sell our cars to the dealers. He then texted me saying that he would sell the car to his sister store if I could not the same day to get the car. Later at the same day, Wanda Bennett (salesperson) texted me saying that the car was sold out but I found early morning the next day that the car still there and they were [non-permissible content removed]. Another salesperson from the same shop (I don’t like to mention his/her name) called me in the morning asking if I’m still interested in the car as the car was not sold out as they said the day before. The new salesperson first apologized for what happened and told me that I could get the car without paying the sale tax. All in all, it’s very important for the company owner to discuss with the sale manager (Richard) many things and teach him how to treat people unless he would not mind loosing the business. I have seen many reviewers/buyers in different websites that have already bad experience with this guy and so the reputation of the company will get down and worse because of only bad behavior from this person.
