They advertised a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid online, so I went up to see and buy the car. It was a mess from the start. The person I made the appointment with, Matt, never even showed up. Then, the woman manager spent 30 minutes saying over and over again "How could this happen?" She became totally flustered. I couldn't have cared less. The big thing was I brought my own financing approval with me. The managers who play your friend in the beginning all of a sudden are saying "You can't do that!!, or "We don't deal with credit unions!' or "We will only take a personal check from you or our financing!", which none is true. Their rate was absurd! I signed up with their rate, and I will refinance before the 1st payment is due. They make money on their financing, and they count on that. They have slick gadgets in the finance department to impress you, and try to distract you while you sign. CHECK EVERYTHING WITH THIS AGENCY!!

I first walked into the “new” car dealership at Lexus of Watertown by mistake. The worker there was so nice to practically walked me over the adjacent building where the pre-owned cars were sold. I met with Reyna Monge and she discussed the options for the model and year I was looking for. I was thrilled to see my first choice still available. I had an appointment to discuss about pricing of 2022 Sienna XLE. Sales person Mr. Caruso had very little to no information about my previous conversation I had with Mr.Ray, Client representative, through email. I had to forward the email trail to sales person and explain the whole context. I am wondering how come two people working within same company has so much gap in communication.Mr. Caruso gathered all information, like price negotiations that I have done with other dealers, and stepped away to check with someone else. Mr. Caruso came back after 5 to 10 minutes and said that this particular Sienna was sold. I was forced to drive for 40 miles, one way, into dealership. I was asked if I want to test drive this particular Sienna also. After all this, I was told that car got sold in 5 minutes. Woburn Toyota owner, please treat customers with integrity, honesty and respect. This is the worst experience I had ever with any car dealer.

Not the Terryville Chevy or Chevrolet it used to be! Wow do I wish I read all these reviews before purchasing a 2019 Chevy Silverado from Terryville Chevy! My last purchase from Terryville Chevy was a brand new 2008 Malibu. Fantastic experience and a great car for a great price! Terryville Chevy always had great inventory and great customer service. This My Silverado purchase was Nothing like this one. I should have walked away when the Sales Manager advised me the chip in the windshield “was just repaired”! Within one day of owning the truck the “repaired chip” was already spreading cracks! Then after signing the paperwork the salesman handed me the KEY. I immediately asked where was the second key. The salesman said I’m sorry it only has ONE KEY! If a vehicle is missing a key you should be notified PRIOR to the sale so you could figure in the cost to replace. The next day I contacted The salesman and advised him that the chip was already cracking and I would need another key and that I would be willing to share some of the cost of the key. The Sales Manager Brian Kirk said he couldn’t do anything about the windshield and wasn’t willing to help with ANY of the $404.00 plus tax costs to provide a SECOND KEY! I subsequently provided a copy of the back and forth emails to the owner of Terryville Chevy Ty Dimeo who never responded. In my over 50 years of purchasing and leasing vehicles this ranks right up there with the brand new 1984 Chrysler Lebaron I purchased that should have been covered under the lemon law and I received no support from the dealership. BEFORE signing any paperwork at Terryville Chevrolet be sure EVERYTHING is just as you want it and ask if there are TWO keys! I have to wonder what ever happened to Terryville Chevy’s Motto of “If you want to shop at a dealership with a large selection but small-town service, Terryville Chevrolet is the Chevy dealer for you --We'll Treat You Right.”
