I have purchased at least 2 dozen new/used cars over the years from various dealerships and I have to tell you my experience at Burnsville Toyota was the worst ever. I purchased a 2015 Ford Escape for $15,000+ on this occasion for my daughter. They had to detail the car 3 times & it was still GROSS, dog hair , grease marks, sticky stuff in the console, etc. The salesman said they would get it cleaned, they never did. They offered a 6 month, 6000 mile power train warranty, which was a plus because the car was for my daughter living in Duluth. Originally they said the warranty would be good in Duluth, then when we were finalizing the paperwork they said I had to return it to Burnsville for service. I threatened to cancel the deal, at which point the GM, Nathan Dietz, came in & said they would honor the warranty in Duluth. I'll never know unless we have to use it. After we signed all the paperwork & went to leave with the car, we noticed it had less than a quarter tank of gas. I called the GM to ask why they didn't fill the tank and he said due to cost cutting measures they don't include a tank of gas unless you buy a new car. I had to fill the tank before I got home (I live in the north metro). I hope they're happy with the $30 they cheated me out of. My salesman, Tim Parker, knew nothing about cars, I think he said he was selling washing machines before the pandemic. The GM of this "family owned business " was your stereotypical greedy GM who will say anything to make a sale. The only bright spot was the finance guy, Dominic, he seemed to be sincere & honest. So in closing, If you want a good car buying experience, steer clear of Burnsville Toyota. Skip the tricks & dishonesty.

I was a little nervous about driving that far to get a truck but to my surprise there were no games or gimmicks. My truck was waiting out front for me gassed up and clean. Buy elsewhere. Dishonest dealership. Avoid Dean Team Volvo of St. Louis. SHORT VERSION: Dean Team sold me a CPO car with faulty camera, lied that repair had been made (service dept confirmed no repair had been made), and didn't honor the deal they agreed to. Dishonest, shady dealership. Specifically, I suggest you avoid working with Pat Pyle or Grant Winnett. LONGER VERSION: Dean Team sold me a car with a faulty camera. The faulty camera was shown in the online listing's photos. I was told it had been fixed. Upon delivery to me, the camera was still broken. Their service department informed me there was no record of any service to the car after the initial CPO intake inspection. So, essentially they told me they'd fixed a problem, but never did. That's a big problem for a CPO car. Second, Dean Team Volvo did not honor the financial terms of the deal. Specifically that the car would be delivered with a full tank of fuel. Upon delivery, the tank was just over half full. This is not a huge financial issue, but a deal is a deal, and Dean Team Volvo did not keep their word. Lastly, the vehicle was not delivered by the agreed-upon date, resulting significant rental car cost to me. Once my deposit was paid, the dealer was unresponsive for a week, and delivery was delayed weeks beyond the agreed upon date. Buyer beware: avoid Dean Team Volvo. Shop elsewhere.
