I had to forward the email trail to sales person and explain the whole context. I am wondering how come two people working within same company has so much gap in communication.Mr. Caruso gathered all information, like price negotiations that I have done with other dealers, and stepped away to check with someone else. Mr. Caruso came back after 5 to 10 minutes and said that this particular Sienna was sold. I was forced to drive for 40 miles, one way, into dealership. I was asked if I want to test drive this particular Sienna also. After all this, I was told that car got sold in 5 minutes. Woburn Toyota owner, please treat customers with integrity, honesty and respect. This is the worst experience I had ever with any car dealer.

I was looking for a very rare combination of options in a used car. When I saw Dodge 24 was advertising the exact car I was looking for on their web site, I became really excited about finally finding the car I had been looking for for over 6 weeks. I contacted them through the internet, but could not get a straight answer about availability of the car. I decided I could not miss this opportunity, so I drove to the dealership. When we got there, there was a short wait to sit down with a salesman. The salesman spent 10 minutes asking me a long series of questions about trade-in and financing and then asked for my driver's license, which he said they needed for the test drive. He also asked if they could appraise my trade-in while we were out on our test drive. Luckily, I said no. Finally when I was not willing to answer any more questions, he told me that the car I came to see was already sold, and they had nothing else like it. There was no reason to waste my time like this.

I got there on time, walked in, and sale man told me the car just sold 5 minutes ago. Today, exactly 7 days after they told me that" the car has sold 5 minutes ago". the car still listing and price reduced to $58,688 Peter Higgins, Internet Sales Manager who accepted my offered $56,000, and today sent me and email told me the price has dropped $58,688. I couldn't believe Mcgee Toyota of Hanover tried to get customer come over to the dealer by telling lie (accepting customer offer but you have to come here today to make the purchase)

What started out as a very bad experience turned into a very good one. I began by arranging a test drive of a new Volvo which I saw on the dealer's website. However, when I arrived at the confirmed time, I was told that the car was not available. It was out as a service loaner and there seems to be very poor communication between the "internet department" where I made the appointment and the dealership. My wife and I had traveled 30 miles to get to the dealer in a neighboring state of ours, so we were very disappointed and not happy at all. The salesman, Rami Kordab, left me a voicemail later in the day saying that the car would be available in a few days. I had no intention at the time of making another trip to this dealer. However, the next day I got an email from the manager, Nick Salem, saying that they were eager to do what they could to earn my business. So I wrote back and said: bring the car to me! Well, they did! Rami drove the car to our house and my wife and I spent about a half hour driving it. Turns out the car, while a 2022, had been in use as a service loaner for about 8 months and had 9000 miles on it. However, it was in great shape. We negotiated a deal with a good price for my trade-in and a decent discount on the "new" car. All while standing in my driveway. Rami impressed me. It was a pleasure working with him. He lived up to all the promises he made, regarding a thorough cleaning of the car and taking care of the registration in our home state. He gave me a very helpful orientation to the car when I picked it up. So while we got off to a bad start due to poor communication (if you set up a test drive with the internet department, call the dealer to confirm), in the end I was very pleased. I was treated fairly and respectfully and would consider repeat business with Norwood Volvo and Rami.
