I wish I had read these reviews before buying a car. I would NEVER buy a car from TOWNE FORD. They worked out well for the initial sale aspect of the transaction. HOWEVER I am eligible for a 500$ Military rebate. Kevin IBARRA was supposed to get back to me on how long I had too collect the paper work to get it. He completely FAILED, He did NOT get back to me, when I called to find out what was going on he told me that he is sorry that he messed up and that, it is now IMPOSSIBLE for me to get the rebate. So by doing a bad job it COST me 500$. ALSO I felt pressured into buying the service package, which I now REGRET.

I saw a listing for my type of W210 with the perfect credentials of one owner and low miles! Bao contacted me and this started a great buying experience. He sent me 25+ pics and then FaceTime with me showing the car. Not being able to see the car in person he used technology and I felt as if I was there.
